Dr. Eugene Buff is a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) with over twenty years of combined scientific, consulting and management experience. He has substantial expertise in a wide variety of industries, including but not limited to healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, polymers and chemical manufacturing.
Dr. Buff leads consulting projects for yet2.com clients on both technology licensing and technology acquisitions. He is actively involved in deal negotiations and has been a primary broker on several highly publicized licensing deals. Dr. Buff is involved in developing and delivering yet2.com professional services that include market and technology assessments, portfolio analysis and valuations. Dr. Buff is also a Co-Founder and one of the Principals of UsTech Discovery LLC, technology discovery and commercialization assistance company focused on technologies and innovation from developing economies (e.g. Israel and countires of the Former Soviet Union). Dr. Buff earned his Master degree in Biochemistry as well as his Medical Doctor degree from Russian State Medical University. He is also a Ph.D. in Genetics and is a coauthor of 13 papers in peer reviewed international journals. Eugene is an active member of the Licensing and Technology Transfer community and serves on several committees and task forces at AUTM and LES. He is a member on many consulting and professional network organizations and often presents on issues of Intellectual Property, Innovation and Technology Transfer both in US and internationally. |

I came across a great book recently: "Never eat alone" by Keith Ferazzi. I recommend it to anyone who wants to succeed in the professional world. Heck, I recommend it to everyone, period.

Currently, Stan works at Abbott Laboratories and is part of a Financial Professional Development Rotational Program. Stan has worked in the areas of financial planning and analysis, financial brand management, financial consolidation, and manufacturing accounting. Prior to accepting full-time position with Abbott, Stan owned and operated a business in the area of medical mobility products. |

Peter Razumovskiy is 2005 Graduate of DePaul University with B.S. in Accounting and Finance. After internships with Frost Ruttenberg & Rothblatt, Underwriter's Labs, and Deloitte & Touche, Peter accepted a full time position as an auditor with Deloitte in 2006. Peter is a Certified Public Accountant and works as an auditor of private and public companies, specializing in manufacturing. |

Lilia Kogan is a manager of Marketing Analytics and Business Insights at Abbott. Abbott is a global, broad-based health care company devoted to discovering new medicines, new technologies and new ways to manage health. Its products span the continuum of care, from nutritional products and laboratory diagnostics through medical devices and pharmaceutical therapies. Dennis is an IT Leader, technology architect, and an enterpreneur in training. He is currently a Manager with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the Technology Integration practice, focusing on helping clients derive value, efficiency, and competitive strength by effectively managing and levaring information. Prior to that, Dennis spent 5 years as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he led technology delivery of global knowledge management solutions. Dennis has over 18 years in Information Technology in consulting and internal IT roles, with extensive experience in enterprise software architecture, information management solutions, organizational leadership, operations, program management, and project management.
Prior to joining Deloitte in 1999, Dennis ran his own consulting firm, Denicon for four years with engagements at a number of large manufacturing, aerospace, transportation, and education clients. He also counts two failed... ahem, attemped non-IT ventures. Dennis holds an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM) and a BE in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Ms. Royfman is a manager for the Economic Advisory Group of Grant Thornton LLP. She has over ten years of experience in financial consulting and litigation support, including valuation services. Throughout her career, she served domestic and international clients in the financial services (banks, broker-dealers, private equity, investment management firms, and other financial institutions), healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, publishing, software, and telecommunication industries, among others. Alla has managed or participated in a variety of engagements involving shareholder disputes, financial reporting and corporate planning as well as the calculation of economic damages.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton LLP, Alla was an Engagement Director at American Appraisal Associates. Her work there consisted of valuing businesses and intellectual property for financial advisory, acquisitions, divestitures, privatization, solvency opinions, debt forgiveness, tax planning, financial reporting, and other corporate and financial advisory purposes. Alla’s previous experience includes performing business valuations, buy and sell side advisory, securitization support and due diligence work at BearingPoint (former KPMG Consulting, Inc. and prior to that KPMG LLP), and advisory work at the investment banking department of BTAlexBrown International’s London office.
